How it Works

The 100s to Happiness™ Challenge's purpose is to engage participants on a 100 day challenge / journey to better understand the Pilates Method and its benefits. Each day, there will be:

  • A motivational quote by Joseph Pilates
    A video of the challenge exercise
  • Written instruction on how it is done
    An informational test question to pass in order to move to the next day's challenge.
  • Reminder emails sent out if the challenge has not been met.

when the challenge is passed, the user will receive 100 points in their 100s to Happiness™ online Bank of Points. By inviting friends and family to participate through the social media invitation link, the user will receive an additional 5 points. The points will be redeemable for discounts in the 100s to Happiness™ Online Store
